I joined the Tiptree team on 18th December 2025, with nearly eight years of hands-on experience in accounting roles. I started out on an apprenticeship and worked my way up through the profession, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of roles.

I’m responsible for preparing annual accounts, management accounts and tax returns, making sure everything is accurate, clear and delivered when it needs to be. I love being part of the process that helps business owners feel confident about their numbers.

I’d say the key skills I use every day are dedication, initiative and attention to detail – they really make a difference when you’re dealing with complex accounts. If I had to pick three words to describe myself, they’d be outgoing, driven and optimistic.
